Today, we're sharing our signature Chicken Gypsy Stew recipe, a beloved dish here at The Pink Adobe. Crafted with tender chicken, roasted green chile, fire-roasted tomatoes, a splash of sherry wine, and a blend of fresh herbs, this stew is a perfect mix of flavor and comfort.⁠

To try making it at home, just shred your chicken, add a little salt, and cook it all down with sherry before tossing in the rest of these savory ingredients. Let it all simmer together, add salt & pepper, and you've got it!⁠
